[§124A-104]  Finality of proceedings,findings, and sentences.  The proceedings, findings, and sentences ofcourts-martial as reviewed and approved, as required by this chapter, and alldismissals and discharges carried into execution under sentences by courts-martialfollowing review and approval, as required by this chapter, are final andconclusive, subject only to an appeal for judicial review pursuant to section124A-105.  Orders publishing the proceedings of courts-martial and all actiontaken pursuant to those proceedings are binding upon all departments, courts,agencies, and officers of the State, subject only to action upon a petition fora new trial as provided in section 124A-101 or upon an appeal for judicialreview pursuant to section 124A-105.
