[§124A-143]  Property other than militaryproperty; waste, spoilage, or destruction.  Any person subject to thischapter who, while in a duty status, wilfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, orotherwise wilfully and wrongfully destroys or damages any property other thanmilitary property of the United States or of the State shall be punished as acourt-martial may direct.
