[§124A-155]  General article.  Thoughnot specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to theprejudice of good order and discipline in the state military forces as shall bespecified or defined by the governor by rules, of which persons subject to thischapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special, orsummary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, andshall be punished at the discretion of that court.
