§124A-163  Military justice training. The procedures and provisions of this chapter shall be carefully explained toevery enlisted member at the time of the member's enlistment or transfer orinduction into, or at the time of the member's order to duty in or with any ofthe state military forces or within ninety days thereafter.  They shall also beexplained at least once every three years to each unit of the state militaryforces.  A complete text of this chapter and of the rules adopted by thegovernor thereunder shall be made available to any member of the state militaryforces by the member's commander, upon the member's request, for the member'spersonal examination.
