§124A-169  Immunity for action of militarycourts or nonjudicial punishment.  No accused may bring an action orproceeding against:

(1)  The convening authority or a member of a militarycourt or officer or person acting under its authority or reviewing itsproceedings because of the approval, imposition, or execution of any sentenceor the imposition or collection of a fine or penalty, or the execution of anyprocess or mandate of a military court; or
