[§124A-33]  Jurisdiction of generalcourts-martial.  Subject to section 124A-32, general courts-martial havejurisdiction to try persons subject to this chapter for any offense madepunishable by this chapter and may, under such limitations as the governor mayprescribe, adjudge any of the following punishments:

(1)  A fine of not more than $200;

(2)  Forfeiture of pay and allowances;

(3)  A reprimand;

(4)  Dismissal or dishonorable discharge;

(5)  Reduction of a noncommissioned officer to theranks; or

(6)  Any combination of these punishments. [L 1982, c171, pt of §2]
