[§124A-61]  Governor to adopt rules. Pretrial, trial, and post-trial procedures, including modes of proof, for casesarising under this chapter triable in courts-martial and other militarytribunals, and procedures for courts of inquiry, shall be prescribed by thegovernor by rules, which shall apply the principles of law and the rules ofevidence generally recognized in the trial of criminal cases in the courts ofthe State, but which may not be contrary to or inconsistent with this chapter.[L 1982, c 171, pt of §2]
