PART IX. REVIEW OF COURTS-MARTIAL

 

[§124A-91]  Execution of sentence;suspension of sentence.  Except as provided in sections 124A-37 and124A-97, a court-martial sentence, unless suspended, may be ordered executed bythe convening authority when approved by the convening authority.  Theconvening authority shall approve the sentence or such part, amount, orcommuted form of the sentence as the convening authority sees fit, and maysuspend the execution of the sentence as approved by the convening authority.[L 1982, c 171, pt of §2; gen ch 1985]
