[§124A-93]  General court-martial records;opinion by staff judge advocate.  The convening authority shall refer therecord of each general court-martial to the staff judge advocate who shallsubmit the staff judge advocate's written opinion thereon to the conveningauthority.  If the final action of the court has resulted in an acquittal ofall charges and specifications, the opinion shall be limited to questions ofjurisdiction.
