§125-1  "Emergency" defined. As used in this chapter, unless otherwise indicated by the context,"emergency" means any state of affairs or circumstances whichimperils the availability to the public of commodities necessary to publichealth, safety, or welfare or which results in any substantial interruption ofcommerce to or within the State.
