§125-5  Contributions.  The governor orthe governor's authorized representative may receive, expend, or usecontributions or grants in money or property, or special contributions thereoffor special purposes provided for by this chapter, and may establish suitablefunds in the treasury for the deposit and expenditures of the moneys.  Thecontributions or grants are appropriated for the purpose of this chapter, orfor such special purposes, as the case may be.
