§127-3  Disaster relief advisory council. There shall be a disaster relief advisory council, called the"council", which shall consist of seven members to be appointed bythe governor, one of whom shall be designated as chairperson.  The councilshall advise the director of disaster relief on all matters pertaining todisaster relief.  Members of the council shall receive no compensation, butshall be reimbursed for their travel and other reasonable and necessaryexpenses incurred.  Persons holding public office or employment in the stategovernment, or any political subdivision, shall be eligible for appointment tothe council.
