§128D-11  Recordkeeping requirements. No person, with intent to avoid, evade, prevent, or obstruct compliance inwhole or in part with any investigative action or request made under thischapter, or any enforcement action taken under this chapter, shall remove fromany place, conceal, withhold, destroy, mutilate, alter, or by any other meansfalsify any record, report, or information that is the subject of or who hasreason to believe that they may be the subject of any investigative action orrequest under section 128D-4(a) and (b).
