[§128D-13]  Reporting requirements. The department shall submit to the legislature an annual report, including acomprehensive budget to implement remedial action plans requiring funding bythe environmental response revolving fund.  This report shall identify thosesites eligible for remedial action under CERCLA, including a statement as toany appropriation that may be necessary to pay the State's share of the plan.[L 1990, c 298, pt of §17]
