[§128D-2.5]  Toxicologists.  Thedepartment may establish permanent exempt positions known as toxicologists forthe purpose of assessing human health risk.  The positions shall be appointedby the director without regard to chapter 76.  The funds for these positionsshall come from the environmental response revolving fund established insection 128D-2.
