§128-21  Civil defense personnel's oath. To comply with the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 each person appointed toserve in an organization for civil defense who is so required by the FederalCivil Defense Act of 1950, before entering upon the person's duties, shall takesuch oath as may be required by federal law.
