§128-26  Proclamations, how made; service ofpapers.  Every proclamation of the governor for which provision is made bythis chapter, shall be promulgated by publication thereof, or when immediatepromulgation is necessary in the opinion of the governor, who shall be the solejudge thereof, by official announcement thereof by means of radio broadcast orsuch other means as may be available.

Any process, notice, or order, service of whichis provided for by this chapter, may be served by any police officer or personauthorized by the governor, any other provision of law to the contrarynotwithstanding. [L 1951, c 268, pt of §2; RL 1955, §359-23; HRS §128-26]
