§128-34  Effect of this chapter on otherlaws.  All laws inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, or of anyrule or regulation issued under the authority of this chapter, shall besuspended during the period of time and to the extent that the conflict exists,and may be, by the governor, designated as so suspended.
