[§136-2]  Harassment; prohibited.  Noperson eighteen years of age or over shall intentionally focus, point, or shinea laser pointing device directly or indirectly into the eye or eyes of anotherperson, or upon another person or animal, in such a manner as would reasonablybe expected to annoy, harass, or alarm the person or animal.
