[§138-10]  Database or location information. (a)  Any commercial mobile radio service location information obtained by anypublic safety answering point or public safety agency or its personnel forpublic safety purposes is not a government record open to disclosure underchapter 92F.

(b)  A person shall not disclose or use, forany purpose other than the wireless enhanced 911 calling system, informationcontained in the database of the wireless provider's network portion of thewireless enhanced 911 calling system established pursuant to this chapter,without the prior written consent of the wireless provider.
