[§138-12]  Service contracts.  Awireless provider shall not be required to provide wireless enhanced 911service until the wireless provider and the public safety answering pointproviding wireless enhanced 911 service in the county or counties in which thewireless provider is licensed to provide commercial mobile radio service haveentered into a written agreement setting forth the basic terms of service to beprovided.
