§142-45  Using other's brand prohibited;penalty.  It shall be unlawful for any person other than the registeredowner to use any brand or mark that has been duly registered or reregisteredaccording to law and for which the registration or reregistration has notexpired, except by the consent of the registered owner, the registered owner'spersonal representatives or assigns.  Any person violating this section shallbe fined $200 for each animal so branded or marked.
