§145-21  Definitions.  For purposes of
this part:



"Agricultural commodity" means any
fruit, nut, or vegetable that is the food product of any tree, vine, or plant,
or any aquacultural, horticultural, silvicultural, or floricultural product.



"Person" means any individual, firm,
