§145-6  Remittances.  Every commissionmerchant, dealer, broker, agent, processor, or retail merchant shall makepayment in full to the producer within such time as may be prescribed by thedepartment.  Payment in full means payment of the price agreed upon by theproducer and the commission merchant, dealer, broker, agent, processor, orretail merchant, except that, in the case of consignment transactions, the fullamount realized from sales, including collections for damage claims, less theagreed commission and other charges, shall be paid.
