[§147-127]  Certificate as evidence.  Acertificate issued under this part and all certificates issued under theauthority of the Congress of the United States relating to matters covered bythis part shall be acceptable in any court of this State as prima facieevidence of the genetic purity, identity, quality, and condition of seed at thetime of its inspection.
