§147-61  Certificate, prima facie evidence. A certificate, when not superseded by a finding on appeal, or a finding onappeal of the grade, classification, quality, or condition of any food product,issued under this part and all certificates issued under authority of theCongress of the United States relating to the grade, classification, quality,or condition of food products shall be accepted in any court of this State asprima facie evidence of the true grade, classification, quality, or condition ofsuch food product at the time of its inspection.
