§147-63  Remedies, extension of otherpowers.  In respect of violations or complaints of violation of this partor rules adopted by the department pursuant thereto, the department shall haveall the rights and powers conferred upon it by section 147-2, with respect toviolations or complaints of violation of part I or rules adopted by thedepartment pursuant thereto; and all remedies, procedures, or actions containedin section 147-2 for violations or complaints of violation of part I or rulesadopted by the department thereunder, shall be severally and respectivelyconferred, granted, practiced, and exercised for violations or complaints ofviolation of the provisions of this part or rules adopted by the departmentpursuant thereto.
