§149A-18  Denial, suspension, or revocationof permit.  The department may deny issuance of a permit to sell arestricted use pesticide for reasonable cause.  Any permit issued pursuant torules adopted under section 149A-17 may be suspended or revoked by thedepartment, after due hearing, for violation of any condition of the permit orof any law or rule pertaining to the sale of pesticides.

Any order made by the department for thesuspension or revocation of a permit shall be in writing and shall set forththe reasons for the suspension or revocation.
