[§150A-43]  Suspension or revocation ofcertificate.  Any certificate issued pursuant to this part may be suspendedor revoked by the department, after hearing, for violation of any certificaterequirement or condition or any provision of this chapter or rule adopted underthis part.  Any order made by the department for the suspension or revocationof a certificate shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons for thesuspension or revocation.  The action of the department in suspending orrevoking a certificate may be reviewed in the manner provided in chapter 91.
