§159-13  Application for a license.  Theboard may issue licenses to slaughterhouses and meat processing establishmentshaving certificates of sanitation issued under section 159-11.  An applicantfor an original or renewal license to operate as a slaughterhouse operator ormeat processor shall file an application upon a form prepared by the board,containing the information which the board deems necessary for theadministration of this chapter.

The license year shall be from July 1 toJune 30.  All applications for renewal of licenses shall be made at leastthirty days prior to the commencement of the license year. [L 1969, c 214, ptof §1; am L 1993, c 248, §3]
