[§166E-7]  Non-agricultural park lands
special fund; established.  (a)  There is established in the state treasury
the non-agricultural park lands special fund, into which shall be deposited:



(1)  Legislative appropriations to the fund; and



(2)  All lease rent, fees, penalties, and any other
revenue or funds collected from non-agricultural park lands that are
transferred, or in the process of being transferred, to the department under
this chapter.



(b)  Moneys in the special fund shall be used
to defray the costs incurred in managing, administering, and overseeing
non-agricultural park lands that are transferred, or in the process of being
transferred, to the department under this chapter.



(c)  The department shall administer the
non-agricultural park lands special fund. [L 2005, c 234, §1]
