[§166E-7]  Non-agricultural park landsspecial fund; established.  (a)  There is established in the state treasurythe non-agricultural park lands special fund, into which shall be deposited:

(1)  Legislative appropriations to the fund; and

(2)  All lease rent, fees, penalties, and any otherrevenue or funds collected from non-agricultural park lands that aretransferred, or in the process of being transferred, to the department underthis chapter.

(b)  Moneys in the special fund shall be usedto defray the costs incurred in managing, administering, and overseeingnon-agricultural park lands that are transferred, or in the process of beingtransferred, to the department under this chapter.

(c)  The department shall administer thenon-agricultural park lands special fund. [L 2005, c 234, §1]
