[§167-3]  Engineering program manager. The board of agriculture shall appoint a registered professional engineer whoshall act as engineering program manager of the irrigation water developmentprogram and have such qualifications as the board may deem necessary.  Theappointment and removal of the engineering program manager shall be inaccordance with chapter 76 and the engineering program manager shall performthe duties as set forth by the board.
