[§171-49.5]  Resale, first offer to board;limitation on resale price.  Any lot [sold] or leased for residential usepursuant to this part shall not be sold or transferred again by the purchaser,the purchaser's personal representative, or the purchaser's heirs for a periodof ten years from date of disposition unless the purchaser first offers theland or lease and improvements for sale and surrender to the board inaccordance with the provisions of section 171-17(c) or section 171-81, as thecase may be.
