[§171-55.5]  Agricultural plots.  Thedepartment of land and natural resources, in cooperation with the department ofagriculture and the city and county of Honolulu, shall adopt rules inaccordance with chapter 91 to allow for use of vacant public lands for farmingor agricultural recreation.
