§172-9  Upon failure of owners, comptrollerto have boundaries determined at owner's expense.  The comptroller shalllist all lands which have not had their boundaries determined in compliancewith the requirements of section 172-8, and shall proceed to make the necessarysurveys and shall thereupon have the boundaries of the lands adjudicated asprovided by law, and the expense of the surveys and of the adjudication shallbe determined and is hereby made a lien upon the lands superior to all otherincumbrances.
