§174C-46  Findings of fact; decision ofcommission.  After public hearing and any investigations deemed necessaryhave been completed, the chairperson, after consultation with the appropriatecounty council, county mayor, and county water board, shall make arecommendation to the commission for decision.  The commission shall render itsdecision within ninety days after the chairperson's recommendation to thecommission.  If the commission decides to designate a water management area, itshall cause a public notice of its decision to be given in the appropriatecounty and when so given, its decision shall be final unless judiciallyappealed.
