§174C-67  Exchange of information.  (a) 
The department of health shall submit to the commission such information as the
commission shall require as prescribed in its rules, provided it does not
jeopardize any pending or ongoing enforcement action.



(b)  The commission shall submit to the
department of health such information as the department of health shall
require, for the performance of its water quality functions. [L 1987, c 45, pt
