§174C-67  Exchange of information.  (a) The department of health shall submit to the commission such information as thecommission shall require as prescribed in its rules, provided it does notjeopardize any pending or ongoing enforcement action.

(b)  The commission shall submit to thedepartment of health such information as the department of health shallrequire, for the performance of its water quality functions. [L 1987, c 45, ptof §2; am L 1999, c 197, §10]
