§180-14  State agencies to cooperate. Agencies of the state government, or other governmental subdivisions of theState, which have jurisdiction over publicly owned lands lying within any soiland water conservation district, may cooperate with the district in theeffectuation of programs and operations of the district.  District directorsshall be given access to enter and perform work upon the lands.
