§180-14  State agencies to cooperate. 
Agencies of the state government, or other governmental subdivisions of the
State, which have jurisdiction over publicly owned lands lying within any soil
and water conservation district, may cooperate with the district in the
effectuation of programs and operations of the district.  District directors
shall be given access to enter and perform work upon the lands. [L 1947, c 191,
