[§183B-3]  Department assistance.  Thedepartment of land and natural resources shall actively assist applicantsapplying for permits, certifications, and approvals to reconstruct, restore,repair, and use Hawaiian fishponds.  The program shall assist applicants insending permit applications to all affected agencies.
