§183D-38  Transportation.  Any commoncarrier, at any time, may transport game birds, if the carcasses or partsthereof are tagged or sealed, but to every coop or package containing tagged orsealed game birds, there shall be affixed an additional tag or label upon whichshall be plainly printed or written the name of the licensee, the name of theconsignee, the name of the person by whom the same was tagged or sealed, andthe number of game birds, the carcasses, or parts thereof contained therein.
