§183D-41  Game birds when exclusiveproperty.  Game birds maintained upon enclosed land, upon which notice hasbeen posted that the same is a game farm or upon any land or property uponwhich notice has been posted that the same is a private and commercial shootingpreserve, shall be the exclusive property of the licensed holder.
