[§185-1]  Definitions.  As used in thischapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Administrator" means theadministrator of forestry and wildlife.

"Board" means the board of land andnatural resources.

"Branch" means an area comprising acounty of the State.

"Department" means the department ofland and natural resources.

"Manager" means the forestry andwildlife manager of a designated branch. [L 1994, c 140, §1]
