§186-6  Development and maintenance of treefarm property.  The applicant shall implement the tree farm management planaccording to the schedule set forth in the plan.  If the board determines thata satisfactory crop has not been established within the schedule set forth inthe management plan, the property shall be declassified from its status as treefarm property.
