§186-6  Development and maintenance of tree
farm property.  The applicant shall implement the tree farm management plan
according to the schedule set forth in the plan.  If the board determines that
a satisfactory crop has not been established within the schedule set forth in
the management plan, the property shall be declassified from its status as tree
