[§189-15]  Authority.  The department ofland and natural resources may promulgate and enforce rules concerning the useof fish aggregation devices deployed under the Statewide Fish AggregatingSystem.  The rules may include provisions that prohibit attaching, mooring, ortying any boat or other watercraft to the fish aggregating devices, orboarding, defacing, damaging, removing or destroying such devices; providedthat the department may engage in such activities as deemed necessary toenhance the fish aggregating system.
