[§190D-36]  Criminal liability.  Anyperson who negligently or wilfully damages, disturbs, or interferes with anymariculture or OTEC activity which has been approved by the board or whonegligently or wilfully damages, disturbs, interferes, takes, or possesses anyimprovements, assets, marine plants or animals, or equipment in an area leasedto a person, without the permission of that person, shall be treated inaccordance with the applicable provisions of chapter 708.
