§190-4.5  Anchoring, boating, andmooring in marine life conservation districts; rules.  (a)  The departmentshall, pursuant to chapter 91, adopt rules for the regulation of anchoring andmooring in each marine life conservation district established under thischapter.

(b)  Within its jurisdiction over oceanrecreational boating and coastal activities, the department shall adopt rulespursuant to chapter 91 for the regulation of boating in each marine lifeconservation district established under this chapter. [L 1988, c 381, §1; am L1991, c 183, §1]
