§193-21  Authorization.  The governor isauthorized to avail the State of the benefits of any law or laws of the UnitedStates, now existing or to be enacted, which will enable young persons to workfor state, local, and private nonprofit agencies in programs related to thepublic interest such as hospital, education, or welfare activities as well asstate conservation projects.
