[§200-18]  Records of suspensions andrevocations of operating privileges to be maintained.  (a)  Thedepartment shall maintain a record of all persons adjudicated of violationsunder part III of chapter 291E and the period of suspension or revocation of operatorprivileges ordered by the director under that part.

(b)  The department shall maintain a record ofall persons convicted of offenses or violations under part IV of chapter 291Eand the period of suspension or revocation of operator privileges ordered bythe court under that part. [L 2001, c 157, §2]
