PART III. ABANDONED VESSELS ON PUBLIC AND

PRIVATEPROPERTY GENERALLY

 

[§200-41]  Disposition by chairperson ofcertain abandoned vessels.  Any vessel which:

(1)  Has been left unattended for a continuous periodof more than thirty days; and

(2)  Is within the waters of the State or on publicproperty, or is on private property without authorization of the owner oroccupant of the property,

may be caused by the chairperson to be taken intocustody and disposed of pursuant to this part. [L 1991, c 272, pt of §2]
