[§201H-11]  Agents, including corporations. The corporation may exercise any or all of the powers conferred upon it, eithergenerally or with respect to any specific housing project through an agent thatit may designate, including any corporation that is formed under the laws ofthis State, and for such purposes the corporation may cause one or morecorporations to be formed under the laws of this State or may acquire thecapital stock of any corporation.  Any corporate agent, all of the stock ofwhich shall be owned by the corporation or its nominee, to the extent permittedby law, may exercise any of the powers conferred upon the corporation in thischapter.
